Questions
Good to know before you start.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They point the phone camera at the QR code and the menu opens in the browser. It works on any iPhone or Android phone.
What happens if I go over my item limit?
You can keep extra dishes as drafts. Only published dishes count toward the limit. If you move to a smaller plan, the newest dishes are unpublished automatically so your menu stays within the limit.
How do I receive orders?
Add our bot to your staff Telegram group, or enter your WhatsApp number. Each order arrives as a message with the order type, table, items, options and total. You also see every order and booking in your dashboard.
How does the dine-in distance limit work?
You set your restaurant's location once and choose a radius, for example 100 m. When a guest sends a dine-in order, their phone shares its location and orders from outside the radius are refused. For stricter control, you can also require orders to come from a table QR code.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and unused days on your current plan are credited to the new invoice. Quarterly and yearly billing cost less than paying monthly.
How do I pay?
Each invoice shows our KHQR code. Scan it with ABA, ACLEDA, Wing or any other Bakong bank app, pay the amount, and tap "I've paid". You can add the transaction ID or a screenshot. Your plan is active right away, and we check the transfer on our side.
Can I use it as a cash register?
Yes. The point of sale is part of your dashboard: tap dishes, add discounts, take cash in dollars or riel, and print a receipt. Sales from the counter and from the QR menu show up together in your sales report.
Can a cashier use the POS without seeing everything else?
Yes. Give them a Cashier account. They can only sell at the counter. They can't change prices, void sales, set the exchange rate or open reports.
Are my prices shown with or without VAT?
You choose. If your menu prices already include VAT, customers pay the menu price and the receipt shows the tax inside it. If not, VAT is added at checkout.
Can I see my profit, not just my sales?
On the Unlimited plan, record your expenses and staff salaries next to your sales. You get income, expenses and net profit for any month, plus a 12-month chart.
